After climbing 2000' down a canyon wall, we find an incredible Salmonfly hatch happening on the Gunnison River in the Black Canyon of Western Colorado with Rainbow and Brown trout chowing down. This is no trip for the faint-hearted and with the help of a ton of batteries, we were able to film it all!

For years, your purchase of flies has been placed in a plastic container that was doomed for the dump or riverside. Last year, we, here at Trouts, gave out at least 13,000 plastic fly cups. In an effort to do our part, we are reducing the plastic waste we generate through the sale of flies.

In the upper parts of the Laagen river in sentral Norway, you will find some fantastic clear water fishing for trout and grayling. The full name of the river is Gudbrandsdalslågen, and this is also the name of the film we are showcasing here. This stretch of the river have seen some fantastic changes after a period of good governing of the river by local people and organisations.
